No. We specialize in tiny houses only. Our standard house is made out of one 40 ft shipping container (approx. 30m2) or out of one 20ft shipping container (approx. 15m2). We do not connect shipping containter into bigger structures.
The design we suggest is the most effective, but if you prefer to change the space layout, windows distribution or swap some materials, this can be discussed.
The general price starts at 10 000 EUR for the 20 ft container tiny home. However, the final price depends on the house design and the systems included.
The house is designed as a mobile commodity, which can be moved around and parked anywhere. However, in Spain each community and council have a slightly different regulation. Therefore we recommend to discuss this with the local authorities first.
